The IPL 2025 season began with a grand opening ceremony at Eden Gardens, Kolkata, featuring spectacular performances. Shreya Ghoshal, Disha Patani, and Karan Aujla entertained the packed stadium before Shah Rukh Khan took center stage. He invited Virat Kohli and Rinku Singh, who matched his dance moves. In other news, the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 has announced a star-studded commentary panel featuring top former cricketers. Kane Williamson, making his debut as a commentator, joins legends like AB de Villiers, Shane Watson, and Virender Sehwag. Williamson, a two-time IPL champion and the first New Zealander to win the Orange Cap, played for Gujarat Titans last season.
